Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is a deeply relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork that I offer to help you unwind and rejuvenate. Using oils or lotion, I combine various strokes like rolling, kneading, and percussion to improve your body’s circulation. The benefits of this massage are numerous, including relief from aches and pains, reduced stress, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and increased flexibility.
Deep Tissue Massage
$140/60 minutes $185/90 minutes
Deep tissue massage is designed to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, helping to relieve tension and pain caused by misalignment, repetitive motions, or past injuries. This method is especially effective for releasing chronic stress areas. Open communication during the session is key to ensuring your comfort, as deep tissue work can be intense. It’s normal to feel some soreness after the treatment, so I recommend drinking plenty of water to help flush out toxins released from the deep tissues during the session.
Reflexology

Shiatsu

Shiatsu is a Japanese massage therapy that focuses on applying finger pressure to specific points along the body’s energy pathways. The word ‘Shiatsu’ is derived from the Japanese words ‘shi’ (finger) and ‘atsu’ (pressure). In addition to targeted pressure, Shiatsu incorporates gentle stretching techniques over a broader area of the body to promote the flow of Chi (energy). This meditative healing art supports balance within the body, mind, and spirit, offering a deeply restorative experience.
Sports Massage

Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for highly active people who engage in athletics. Engaging in sports is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body’s natural immune function.
Lymphatic Drainage

Travel
There will be an extra charge for travel outside the 10 mile radius from Culver city.
Pets
If you have any pets, please make sure to have them put away if possible, so that you may have a relaxed experience.
Deposit
I will require a non-refundable deposit of $50 to hold your booking. I understand there are emergencies, please try to notify me ahead of time if you need to cancel/reschedule. I take venmo or zelle, please message me to confirm I have received your deposit. Your appointment will not be booked until a deposit is received.
